To the fullest extent permitted by law, you acknowledge that Glass Paper Rock, its affiliates or its content suppliers do not provide any warranty or guarantee as to the accuracy, timeliness, performance, completeness or suitability of the information or materials found or offered on this website for any particular purpose.  You accept total responsibility in the event that damages are sustained including property damage, fire damage and any health related issues which may result from the direct or indirect use of our products.

Your use of any information (oral/written) from Glass Paper Rock Designs or products on this website is entirely at your own risk, for which we shall not be liable. Glass Paper Rock Designs does not accept any responsibility for any loss damage, however caused, which you directly or indirectly suffer in connection with the use of this website or company products.

All artwork and literary works supplied to Glass Paper Rock Designs is warranted by you for its copyright and/or licensing and you are authorising Glass Paper Rock Designs to reproduce any of the works. Glass Paper Rock Designs may use your artwork in its own promotional material as samples of our services and products.

Payment

Glass Paper Rock Designs will use Paypal or credit card to collect your payment.  Payment in full is required prior to production or delivery, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Glass Paper Rock Designs will charge fees via Stripe or Paypal, you agree to authorise us to do so. Paypal option is currently only available with custom orders and not with products sold in the online shop.

Stock

Stocks are subject to change by Glass Paper Rock Designs without notice whether or not we use alternative stock or suppliers.

Artwork and Orders

All artwork provided must meet our file specifications. We will not be liable for any errors which occur in the electronic transfer of artwork. You must carefully review and approve all proofs or layouts before submitting to ensure the order is 'confirmed'. We accept no responsibility for any error after proofs are confirmed. We reserve the right to decline artwork/design requests that we believe are offensive, illegal, abusive, defamatory or in breach of copyright, trademark, privacy or other rights.

Due to the nature of digital communication we cannot guarantee an exact match in colour or texture to the image and colour samples on glasspaperrock.com.au. Colour and texture samples may differ slightly due to the colour output of you computer screen. You acknowledge and agree that there are acceptable levels of colour variation.

Orders only to be placed in accordance to instructions on this website. We will endeavour to fulfil your order we will not be liable if we are unable to supply the products in your order. We reserve the right to cancel orders that we believe are fraudulent, or in connection with unlawful activity.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against all loss, costs, damage, expense or injury, whether direct, indirect, arising directly or indirectly from, or in connection with, your use of, the Site, or the supply or non-supply of Products.

You further agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claim or demand, including legal fees on full indemnity basis, made by any third party due to or arising out of a breach of these terms by you.

Communication

Glass Paper Rock communicates with you electronically (including visiting our website and emails). You consent to receive communications from us electronically or by way of phone call to number provided to us by you.

Privacy 

All the information on this website is solely used for the purpose of processing your order or improving customer service. Your information will not be given or sold to a third party. Billing information such as credit cards or Paypal are not recorded or stored.

General

Glass Paper Rock does not provide warranties of any kind on any of its products or on any information provided on the website.  Many products on this website are handmade and/or are natural materials. Working with natural products can occasionally bring variations, slight flaws or imperfections, which we believe only adds to the beauty.  We endeavour through our descriptions and stock images to ensure that our customers are aware of these imperfections. If you have any queries in relation to a specific stock item or price, please contact us using the 'contact us' link on our website.

In relation to the purchase of candle products sold by Glass Paper Rock and the website, we express that candle safety is very important, please read our Product Care & Safety Guide prior to using your new candle. 

In relation to the purchase of natural stone products sold by Glass Paper Rock and the website, your items will be professionally sealed prior to delivery, this will add resistance to staining, however stone is a porous material and stains are always possible. Glass Paper Rock does not accept any responsibility for damage or staining to stone product after purchase. Please read our Product Care & Safety Guide prior to using your new item.

Waiver - If you breach these conditions and we take no action, we will still be entitled to use our rights and remedies in any other situation where you breach these conditions.

Glass Paper Rock reserves the right to update glasspaperrock.com.au and/or these Terms and Conditions at any time without notice.
